Comparison of the economic performance of the compound fungicide and NaClO in the process of the circulating cooling water treatment

Sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) is a kind of widely used in industrial circulating cooling water treatment chemical oxidation sterilization agent, to control the cooling water system in bacteria, algae and clay mud and other microbiological problem. NaClO's biggest advantage is the low price, in a certain application conditions can reduce the cost of the user. However, there are some problems in NaClO, such as: the effect of PH is high, high corrosion, unstable, active components decay quickly, and the amount of salt, alkalinity and PH of water body is significantly increased. In the above mentioned problems, the sterilization efficiency is the main reason of the economic decline of NaClO in the circulation cooling water treatment by PH.

As the latest generation of NaClO containing bromine liquid oxidant, it has many advantages, such as high activity content (20%), high quality of product stability, strong resistance to pollution, high pollution resistance and low pollution. It is a very high NaClO value (8~9), which is used in circulating cooling water.

Sodium hypochlorite in water hydrolysis produce HOCl HOCl further hydrolyzed to produce OCL -, the bactericidal performance of HOCl is OCL - 80 to 100 times, HOCl is real sterilization factor.
